GetTested offers a wide range of health analysis to individuals and companies. We collaborate with several subcontractors specializing in medical laboratory operations for the analysis of samples.

To order , you must be at least 18 years old; individuals under the age of 18 need parental consent. GetTested is not a substitute for traditional healthcare. In case of any problems, you should always contact a healthcare professional. By placing your order, you accept our terms of purchase.
Test Results
You will receive your test results digitally via the login you created when you registered your test. The response time varies for different analyses; information on the response time for your specific analysis can be found on the product page. As a customer, you are responsible for registering your unique test ID in order to receive your analysis results. Your results are sent encrypted with ID verification for maximum security.

Shipping will be added for up to $ 21 (Priority Overnight)
Our products are sent to the address you specified when ordering. As a customer, you are responsible for providing correct address information. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@gettested.us and we will assist you.

All prices are stated in USD.
Payment is made by card via the payment provider Stripe, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, or AMEX.
Returns Policy & Right of Withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your goods. The right of withdrawal only applies to analyses that have not been sent to the laboratory for analysis and where the test kit, including the pre-stamped envelope, has not been used. Contact hello@gettested.us to exercise your right of withdrawal and for further instructions. If you do not return everything in original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the refund to cover the cost of the materials.
We ask you to follow the instructions carefully. If, contrary to expectations, you need more materials to perform your test, you can buy them in our online store. This is because we have pushed prices to the maximum to provide you with the best offer on the market.
In the event of a right of withdrawal, we will refund you within 30 days from the day you received the item. Any shipping and return costs are borne by the customer and are not refunded.
If you have used your test kit and regret your purchase afterward, we will charge a cost of $15.00 for the test kit and $4.00 for shipping (a total of $19.00), which will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you, to cover the cost of the sample materials.
Complaints
If received items are damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact hello@gettested.us as soon as possible and we will assist you.
We ask you to follow the instructions carefully. Should you unexpectedly need more materials to perform your test, please contact hello@gettested.us.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations.
File a claim
If you receive a test kit with any defects—such as a non-functional lancet, unusable test cassette (for rapid tests), or damaged components like a blood tube or blood collection paper (for lab tests)—you are required to return the complete test kit to us for a full examination. Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect, we will issue a full refund.
Please contact our customer service team before returning the item to receive further instructions. Returns without prior notice or incomplete kits may not be eligible for a refund.
Customer Integrity
The personal information you provide in connection with your purchase is stored so that we can fulfill our agreement on services or products toward you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. Contact us at hello@gettested.us if any information is incorrect and we will correct it or delete it.
If you have chosen to receive our newsletters, we will also process your personal data in order to send you information about our business.

GetTested reserves the right to make any price changes and is not responsible for any errors that may be attributable to a laboratory used for sampling and analysis.
